Giovanni La Terra Bellina, better known as John, is a native Rhode Islander who loves the Ocean State, and is committed to helping both longtime residents and new friends realize their goal of home ownership.

Whether helping people find a “starter house,” a temporary rental, or a long awaited dream home, John believes that every person can find a home that is a perfect fit.

After starting his own real estate firm in 2008 to fill a need he saw in the local realty market, John joined forces with his respected colleague, Christina Paesano-Gliottone in 2009 to form Adventure Realty, Inc.

John holds undergraduate degrees in both Mathematics and Economics from Boston University and a Juris Doctorate from Roger Williams University School of Law. He has been an active and upstanding member of the Rhode Island and Massachusetts Bars for over 10 years.

John continues to practice corporate law, and makes his home with his wife and two children in Johnston, Rhode Island.

As a native Rhode Islander, Christina specializes in helping clients buy and sell properties throughout Rhode Island. A graduate of Rhode Island College, Christina has a Bachelor's Degree in English and certification in secondary education, in addition to her real estate license.

With her strong background in education, Christina helps clients understand the issues in real estate that are relevant to their goals. An educated client is empowered and able to make the decisions that best suit their needs.

A lifelong Rhode Island resident, Jeff was born and raised in Providence, and has a strong understanding of the many facets of the Ocean State and all it has to offer. Jeff has spent the past decade as Owner/Operator of Backman & Family, a home improvement company specializing in remodeling and restoration. With projects ranging from painting and hardwood floor restoration, to basement refinishing and small additions, Jeff can offer practical and realistic feedback on prepping a home for sale, deciding on an investment property, or imagining the possibilities for your new home.

Jeff also brings over 15 years of experience in the mortgage industry to his work as a realtor - a strong value - added for his clients. He can help home buyers navigate the often confusing steps of the mortgage process from pre-approval to closing, whether it is a traditional sale, short-sale or foreclosure.

In his free time Jeff enjoys playing basketball, woodworking, and spending time with family and friends. Jeff is a long time communicant of Blessed Sacrament Church in Providence. He spent time studying accounting at Bryant College and psychology at Rhode Island College, and is a member of the Beta Sigma Chi fraternity.
